    A company is a Defensive tool. It defends your profits from lawsuits and the tax man. The defense is entirely dependent on Corporate Documentation, otherwise known as “Corporate Formalities.” These documents are the fabric of your “The Corporate Veil.”
This course is designed to assist Heads of Families and Company Executives in conceiving and documenting a “Credible” Corporate Veil.

Here is the whacky secret;
Without current, Credible Corporate Formalities such as Minutes and By-Laws, an ongoing “Compensation Package” etc., the law says that you are running what the IRS and your creditors call a ‘Sham’ company, and you are not permitted to claim the benefits, deductions, or the protection of using a company.
Also, once discovered you would be subject, retroactively to fines and penalties for all such benefits claimed. Your ENTITY is only as strong as the documentation backing it up. Please, please do not make the mistake of believing for one second that you will not be required to prove that you are, and have been treating the ENTITY as a real business.
In my fifty-plus years of coaching this subject, I’ve seen very few adequate records. As well, I have dozens of stories of the dire consequences of failing to keep records current.
The sad part of this is that these Formalities turn out to be easy in the extreme to produce. They take only about ten minutes per month to upkeep, and in this computer age, can be automated. The purpose of this study is to assist you in, both understanding and producing the documents. As well, the weekly Accountability sessions will develop your “Executive SkillSet.”
